Welcome to the 2023 ABA Spring Men's Sunday Morning Softball Season! 

There will be 8 regular season games (4 double-headers)

Opening Day is Sunday, March 26th!*
Week #2 is Sunday, April 2nd.
Week #3 is Sunday, April 16th.
Week #4 is Sunday, April 23rd.

Timeslot

Mornings in the Spring range from 8:30am to 9:00am Starts.

During Registration, you'll also be able to select your preferred start time.

Location

Captains: Once you register, you'll be able to choose your desired location to play. The options to choose from include:

Eastern Nassau County
Western Nassau County

Payment

Managers are responsible for their team's full payment by the deadline of March 17th. 

Rostering your Players

In an effort to make managing your team a little easier, we ask that you roster your players online in 2023. Once you have added your players to your online roster, we will be able to pull your players over from season to season. SUPER EASY :) With them on your online roster, they will now be able to receive information about their games and communication from us on any updates!

Forfeit Bond

There is a one-time forfeit bond fee of $155 that is transferable from season-to-season. If a team forfeits, they must replenish what is needed from the bond to pay the umpires by their next scheduled game.

Important: If you have a forfeit bond with ABA from a previous season, your bond is transferable! Please contact us so we can reduce your registration fee by your current forfeit bond balance!

If you decide to register for multiple teams, then you do not have to cover the additional bond. Please contact us and we will waive the additional bond.

Free Agents

Are you an individual without a team looking to play this Spring? Simply Register as a Free Agent for the program(s) of your choice, and a captain might contact you to play for their team!

Levels of Play 

We separate our divisions in the Spring by Competitive & Recreational Skill Levels, when possible. Captains will be able to choose their team's skill level during registration.

Fees

Umpire Fees for this program are $27.50 per team, per game. ($55 per double-header).

Our fees make it very affordable to play. We take care of the permits, scheduling, website, and more.  All you have to do is concentrate on playing and having fun!
